1; I have bought on the previous website, do I need to re-register or is my e-mail alive?
Of course it is alive. Within the "Profile" menu, by clicking on the "I forgot my password" link, you can enter your previously registered e-mail address and update your registration on our website by requesting a new password.

2; I have a membership of the previous Loyalty Program is my discount valid?
Our Loyalty Program has been modified, which you can read more about here: Loyalty Club. Our previous regular Customers can automatically enjoy the benefits of Loyal Customer membership.

3; How can I place my order on the website?
Add the product you want to buy to the cart.
If you want to add another product to the cart, continue shopping. If you do not want to buy another product, check the product (s) you want to buy. You can delete the contents of the basket one by one by clicking on the "delete" button.
Enter shipping and billing information
Select delivery and payment method. You can find more information about these here.
After entering the data, you can send your order by clicking the "Order" button after accepting the Terms and Conditions. Before that, however, you can double-check and modify the selected products and the data you have entered.
You will receive an automatic confirmation to the e-mail address provided during registration immediately after sending the order, which does not confirm the processing and not the successful order, but a reminder of the order details and a confirmation that your order has arrived to us! If the confirmation e-mail does not arrive within 1-2 hours, please check your spam account, your mailbox is full, or write to us via the "Contact Us" menu on our website.
We will always confirm the success of the received order by e-mail after processing. Your order will only take effect if we confirm the successful order by e-mail!
The same product, one piece of the same size can be ordered at a time. If you want to order two (or more) identical products, please repeat the entire purchase process. For orders placed on the same day, to the same shipping address, the orders will add up and only a one-time shipping cost will be charged.

4; The shipped product was not good, how can I replace it?

If the size is not good, please let us know at the e-mail address contact@naracamicie.hu where you can indicate which size you would like to change to. In this case, we will exchange the product free of charge with the help of GLS courier service only in Hungary. Or you can have an exchange in person at our brand store in the Arena Mall. Return from abroad is not free, you should send back the product the following address NaraCamicie Hungary Ltd., 1087 Budapest, Kerepesi street 9. I. floor NaraCamicie brand store, if we get back the shirts we will send you the replacement product.

5; What should I do if I want to cancel the purchase?
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you can indicate this in writing within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, at the following contact: contact@naracamicie.hu
If you are reporting by post, be sure to submit your report as a registered item so that you can verify the date of posting. The date of posting will be taken into account when notifying us in writing by post. Address for returning the package: NaraCamicie Hungary Ltd., 1087 Budapest, Kerepesi street 9. Within 14 calendar days of becoming aware of the withdrawal, we will refund the purchase price of the product and the cost of delivery (if the product has been returned to us on time) to the account number you have provided. Withdrawal is only possible with an undamaged product, an undamaged label tag and an undamaged sewn-in tag!

6; I have a valid gift voucher, how can I redeem it?
Our webshop does not handle gift vouchers which were bought in person in the store. Please complete the ordering process in the ONLINE SHOP and then email the serial number and value of the gift vouchers you wish to use. Vouchers will be redeemed afterwards based on the information agreed in advance by e-mail.

7; I would like to buy a gift voucher how can I do this?
There is currently no option to purchase a gift voucher. New types of vouchers will be introduced soon, which will be redeemable not only in the brand store but also in the ONLINE SHOP. If you want to buy a gift voucher, please let us know at the e-mail address contact@naracamicie.hu.

8; I forgot my password, what should I do?
Within the "Profile" menu in the upper left corner, you can request a new password to log in by clicking on the "I forgot my password" link.

9; How do I change my data?
By entering the ONLINE SHOP, by clicking on the "Edit" tab within the "Profile" menu.

10; How do I modify my order?
You can modify the order (change the contents of the cart) during the purchase process until you click the "ORDER" button. If you want to modify your order before delivery, please write to us at contact@naracamicie.hu. You can track your orders and their status after logging in under the "Profile" menu.

11; How do I change the shipping address?
Until the confirmation e-mail of successful order, you can modify the delivery data by e-mail contact@naracamicie.hu. After you get the confirmation email and if you would like to change the shipping address, please indicate it to GLS Customer Service at one of the following telephone numbers: 06-1-802 0265 or 06-20-890-0660 (Mon-Fri: 07-20pm).

12; I am a member of Loyalty Club, where can I check the points I get after my purchases?
By entering the ONLINE SHOP, you can see your current balance in the points accumulator's account by clicking on the "Discounts" tab within the "Profile" menu.

13; How can I redeem my points?
During the ordering process it is possible to redeem points after selecting the Delivery Terms and Payment Method. After checking the "Use my points for the purchases" box under the "Other order data" tab, the system will automatically redeem your maximum redeemable points.

14; When will the product be available again in the webshop or store if it is not currently in stock?
It is possibility to subscribe to the stock alert by clicking on the "GET NOTIFIED IF RE-STOCK” button on the sheet of product data. You will be notified by email when the selected product becomes available again in the selected size.

15; I really like a particular product, but it is out of stock. Do I have the option to pre-order?
After the arrival of the new collection, our customers have the opportunity to make a pre-order for that products where you can see the following link: "CLICK HERE TO PRE-ORDER>>". After you send the pre-order, we will inform you whether the product will be available for purchase in the near future. Pre-orders are not automatically guaranteed.
